I'm so glad it's summertime! I get to do all the activities that I love, paddle boarding, camping, hanging out with friends and not wearing shoes. What are some of your favorite summer activities?

If you answered doing yoga, I have a few treats for you! I'll be live in July at 2 events, one is a yoga class and one is the Soul Sisters Retreat at Amethyst.

Those dates are:

July 18th for a Moon Salutations 60 minute class at Crystal Cove Collective in Camp Hill at 6:30pm. Click here to sign up.

July 21-23 at the Soul Sisters Retreat. There are a few spots still available for the retreat, in which I'll be doing a workshop on pelvic floor and movement to help with the pelvic floor. Please message me if you are interested.

If you prefer yoga online, you can join me on the mat for a 45 minute class on digestion. This is a class I was offering at Just Plain Yoga, and I've decided to bring it back through MVC online once a month. Click here to register. It's only $10 to drop in. Free with purchase of the morning yoga membership.

Did you know I teach on Mondays and Wednesdays online for pelvic floor yoga? 7am EST. Click here to join and get $10 off your first month.

I want to take a moment to thank anyone who saw me at Amethyst Retreat Center for the Summer Solstice. I had some great visitors to my booth there, and we had some amazing conversations about pelvic health. The reason I do what I do is to normalize pelvic health, so if you have any questions or want to strike up a conversation, I'd love to chat. Knowing your own body can be the most empowering thing you can do for yourself.

To wrap up I'd like to share a pro tip with you: 50% of people experience urine leakage; while it is common to experience leakage, it's not normal! We can try a quick fix to use while jumping to see if it works for you: first, fix your posture by stacking your ribs over your pelvis while jumping and second, blow out as you land. See if it works for you. If it did shoot me an email, if not you can always schedule a call with me.

Enjoy your summer.

May your coffee and your pelvic floor be strong,

Paula
