Yoga for Digestion

Having tummy trouble?

Diarrhea? Constipation? IBS? Bloating? GERD?

Come to a soothing yoga class focusing on calming the nervous system and tapping into that rest and digest nervous system. We'll be taking a slow flow with lots of twists to get your digestive tract back on track. As we close the class we will be doing a short stomach massage, so make sure you have a vial of oil (coconut or olive oil will do) or some lotion nearby so you can massage your belly.

This is an online class only, please have ready a yoga mat, a bolster, 2 blocks and some oil or lotion.
