My personal training program is designed to help women reconnect with their core, pelvic floor, and full-body strength through a 12-week journey that builds from the inside out. Using a unique blend of corrective exercise, Pilates, and yoga, we move through breathwork, muscle activation, and real-life integration so you can feel confident doing the things you love again. Pilates Reformer

Experience the ultimate in personalized Pilates training with our one-on-one reformer sessions. Each session is crafted to meet your individual fitness goals, whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, or enhance overall well-being. Our certified Pilates therapist Paula will guide you through a series of exercises designed to target specific muscle groups, using the reformer machine to enhance your workout. Core Assessment

Ab Assessment

It’s time to check in with your core and see how your abs are functioning! During this assessment, we’ll take a close look at:

-**Diastasis Recti**: We’ll assess for coning, doming, gapping, hernias, or that “alien” bulge.

- **Rib Flare**: Could rib flare be affecting your bra size? It’s not always about weight gain.

- **Core Strength**: We’ll test your ability to sit up from lying down and evaluate overall core strength.

- **Hollow Rock or Ab Crunch**: Can you hold a hollow rock or maintain form during an ab crunch?

- **Plank**: Let’s assess your plank form and endurance.

- **Jumping**: If you experience leaking when jumping, come prepared—we’ll check that, too!-- Please come prepared to jump-- if you know you leak wear a pad or bring a change of pants.

Yes!! I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher and have a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist training.  If that wasn’t enough, I also have a Corrective Exercise Training certification from NASM.  You’re covered!!
