Are you certified?
Yes!! I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher and have a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist training. If that wasn’t enough, I also have a Corrective Exercise Training certification from NASM. You’re covered!!
