Paula is the owner of My Vagina Coach, where she helps women of all fitness levels understand their pelvic floor health and use education and corrective exercise to address pelvic health issues. As a certified yoga instructor, Pilates reformer therapist, and NASM personal trainer, she specializes in creating personalized fitness programs that focus on breathing, posture, and strength, empowering women to feel confident and strong in their bodies. Having experienced her own pelvic floor challenges, Paula understands the importance of having guidance and support throughout the healing process.
Through her 12-week program, she teaches women how to incorporate corrective exercises, yoga, and Pilates into their routines, allowing them to enjoy their favorite activities without discomfort or fear. Whether someone is looking to return to running, lift their children with ease, or simply improve their core strength, Paula provides compassionate and personalized support every step of the way. At My Vagina Coach, she emphasizes inclusivity, sustainability, and progress, ensuring that every woman can make lasting improvements to her health, regardless of her fitness level.
My Vagina Coach exists to help women of all fitness levels take control of their pelvic floor health through personalized corrective exercise, personal training, yoga, and Pilates. I am dedicated to providing education, support, and sustainable fitness routines that empower women to feel confident in their bodies.
