Pelvic Floor Yoga at JPY

This class addresses tight hips, incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum, pain/stiffness or constipation by stretching and strengthening the pelvic floor while working on breathing exercises to help regulate pressure on the diaphragm and pelvic floor. Suitable for all levels- must be cleared by doctor to participate when pregnant or early postpartum.
