Complimentary 30 minute fitness session. You’ll be treated to either a 30 minutes personal training session 1:1 with Paula Bruckner in her private studio designed to keep you comfortable and secluded for your Pilates or pelvic floor work.
Paula specalizes in corrective exercise for the pelvic floor and is a trained Pilates reformer therapist. She helps women feel more confident to be able to exercise without judging themselves so they can fix their core connection and strength through corrective exercises. Women who come to see Paula have had improvement in Pain with sex, leakage, distasis recti and marked improvement in core strength.
As women, and especially as moms, we often put ourselves last, however this strategy can be problematic, especially as our children grow and still want to be picked up, or if we want to engage in activities and are still peeing our pants.
