For many women, these goals center around fitness, wellness, and taking better care of ourselves—but we often forget to focus on how we’ll get there.

    Saying, “I want to get healthier” is too broad. Try: “I want to practice yoga three times a week” or “I’ll focus on strength training twice a week.”

This year, I’m focusing on these goals to reconnect with my body and mind after the holiday chaos:

  • Staying consistent with strength training to build confidence and improve my pelvic floor health.
  • Fostering a sense of community in my studio and stepping further into my role as a community leader, making wellness accessible and inclusive for everyone.
